There are many great opportunities to serve within our church community. Serving as a volunteer not only enables the ministries of the church to function, but it also promotes spiritual growth within yourself. Please browse the volunteer opportunities below. If you are interested in volunteering in a way that is not listed here in our volunteer opportunities, please let us know how you would like to serve within the church.
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms."
— 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV)
Provide A Meal
Many hands make light work, and if you have the heart to help and would be able to supply groceries or meals on occasion, this ministry is an open door for you. Volunteers can make and deliver a family meal, buy and deliver a bag of groceries for a meal, purchase a restaurant gift card for take-out or delivery, or make a meal for the Tuesday meal ministry freezer. You can participate as often as you’re able.
Food Preperation & Clean up
Help to warm food and serve it, and also help to clean up dishes and put everything away afterwards. Tuesdays are busy and we could always use more handsto lighten the load.
Greeter/Host/Hostess
Help to prepare the “Welcome Center” prior to the start of the worship service, and welcome/greet new visitors to our church and answer any questions they may have. Also, be prepared to engage visitors in conversation, and ensure they feel welcomed at our church.
